Dave received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from Tompkins Cortland Community College. A 2003 Graduate of Leadership Cortland, Dave is actively involved in the community serving as President of the Cortland County Youth Soccer Association and is a member of the Tompkins Cortland Community College Foundation Board as well as the Leadership Cortland Advisory Board.

JM Murray has named Dale Davis to the position of Chief Operating Officer. Davis has been with the company since 1999, beginning his career as a Senior Accountant. He was appointed to Assistant Controller in 2002, Controller and Chief Compliance Officer in 2008 and VP of Finance in 2013. Davis is responsible for the agency’s services division in addition to directing the finance department.
Prior to 1999, Davis worked for Syracuse University, Family Counseling Services and NCC Industries, bringing expertise in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to the agency. He serves on the boards of the Cortland County United Way and Tompkins Cortland Community College Foundation and serves as Treasurer for the Ralph R. Wilkins Foundation and Emmanuel Baptist Church. He participated in Leadership Cortland, a program designed to promote community leadership in 2001. A graduate of Tompkins Cortland Community College in 1989, he also earned both his BS in Accounting and MBA from LeMoyne College. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society and graduated Cum Laude. Davis is a lifelong resident of Cortland, along with his wife, Diana and son, Kyle.
The JM Murray is a private, not-for-profit organization providing services to eligible individuals in Cortland and Tompkins counties. Programs provided by the center include day habilitation, supported employment, family/community support programs and employment training. The agency provides services to over 700 people annually.

Lindy Glennon is the Executive Director of the Cortland County Community Action Program, Inc. (CAPCO). CAPCO is a The Cortland County Community Action Program, Inc. (CAPCO) is a community based; not-for-profit 501c3 Corporation located in Cortland, New York and is the second largest human service provider in the county. For 45 years, CAPCO has worked with low income people in our community. Through a broad range of programs and resources, CAPCO assists more than 3,500 people in the community annually. Lindy has served in the position as Executive Director since 2006. She has a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is a Certified Community Action Professional (CCAP). Lindy is currently serving on several local Boards of Directors including Seven Valleys Health Coalition (Treasurer), Cortland Area Communities that Care (Treasurer), Family Counseling Services and the Cortland County Chamber of Commerce. Lindy is the Vice President of the New York Stata Community Action Association (NYSCAA) – a statewide association comprised of more than fifty Community Action Agencies throughout New York. Lindy is a 2007 graduate of Leadership Cortland.
Director of Engineering, HVAC Performance Intertek
Byron Horak joined Intertek in 1978. Through the past 40 years he has held the positions of Engineer, Engineering Team leader, Small Unitary Department Manager, Sales Manager, HVAC Business Manager, General Manger, Director of Quality, Director of Program Development and currently Director of Engineering for HVAC Performance. With Intertek he has continuously been involved in the testing of HVAC equipment and the development of HVAC testing standards and Programs.
Today’s responsibilities include developing and maintaining facilities and staff to stay on the cutting edge of the HVAC testing industry as well as keeping Intertek abreast of all national and international test standards affecting the HVAC industry. Current activities include participation in 4 ASHRAE Special Project Committees, 3 ASHRAE Technical Committees, 5 ISO Working Groups, and is Secretariat of the IEC SC61D Subcommittee for Appliances and Air Conditioning for Household and Similar Purposes IEC Standard 60335-2-40. In addition he is Secretary of ASHRAE Standard 37, MOT for Rating Electrically Driven Unitary Air-Conditioners and Heat Pump Equipment and participates on the AHRI Small Unitary Engineering Subcommittee to rewrite AHRI Standard 210/240, Performance Rating of Unitary Air-Conditioning & Air-Source Heat Pump Equipment.

Mary Wright was a participant of Leadership Cortland in 2003. She continues to be actively involved with Leadership Cortland on their Advisory Board.
Mary graduated from Utica College in 2017 with her Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration. She has been employed at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center since 1984. Her current position is the Vice President of Nursing Services.
Mary has been a board member with Groton Community Healthcare Center for the past 10 years and joined the Cortland County Board of Health in 2016. Mary is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives.
